This exercise involves a stability ball and targets the calves, shins, and core. Start in a plank position with your feet on the stability ball. Engage your core as you bring your knees towards your chest, rolling the ball forward. Return to the plank position and repeat.
Speedskater Jumps
Speedskater jumps are high-intensity movements that enhance leg strength, especially in lunging motions. Begin in a semi-squat position, then jump laterally to one side while swinging your opposite arm across your body. Land softly on the opposite side, maintaining balance. Gradually increase the jump distance as your strength improves.
