Coffee
The impact of coffee on arthritis remains uncertain. While it contains antioxidants that might help reduce inflammation, excessive caffeine intake should be avoided.
Moderate coffee consumption, not exceeding 1–2 cups per day, without excessive sugar or cream, could be considered for those with arthritis. However, anything beyond this point is a wrong choice. Note other caffeine-rich energy drinks like Red Bulls, etc, are not the best if you are managing Arthritis.
Milk
For some individuals, dairy products like milk may trigger an inflammatory response, but this varies. If you tolerate it well, milk can be a good source of vitamin D and calcium, which are vital for bone health. However, if you have noticed flares following milk consumption, it is best to seek vitamin D from other sources.
Also, another method is to opt for low or zero-fat dairy products to mitigate potential risks associated with unhealthy fats and weight gain.
