Oatmeal
Oat has a lot of soluble fiber that helps to bulk loose stool. However, avoid adding sweeteners to your oatmeal to get this benefit.
Beverages
The fluids and electrolytes lost to diarrhea must be replaced and certain beverages work fine. Plain water is good but electrolyte-rich sports drinks low in sugar are also fine. Additionally, broth soup could also replace fluids and lost sodium.
Caffeinated coffee, tea and alcoholic beverages stimulate bowel movement and may worsen diarrhea symptoms. Also, carbonated drinks are a mismatch due to the gas they produce.
