Conclusion
For now, the justification for an alkaline diet is weak. Some people even call it a myth. However, most of the food components of the alkaline diet are good for the human body. So, consuming these foods isn’t bad in the real sense.
Notwithstanding, diets won’t alter the pH of the body and it’s counterfactual to disturb the acid-base balance of the body. For this reason, alkalinizing the body isn’t scientifically sound.
